I've read a little about the process and it doesn't seem like something I can get done between hearing about a job and interviewing for it.
I have 9 years of experience editing reality TV and I really want to make the transition into scripted/union work.

In union shows, if you end up working 16 days straight, how are your days paid after your 5th day, and your overtime hours after the 10th hour?
